Mariano Perez brings more than 26 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry to his role as Executive Director at La Marea Senior Living. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for exceptional service, thoughtful leadership, and creating environments where people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
Since discovering senior living in 2011, Mariano has found deep purpose in serving residents and their families. He believes thriving communities are built on three essential pillars: meaningful social connection, a strong sense of purpose, and the freedom for creativity to flourish.
At La Marea, Mariano is committed to cultivating a vibrant, engaging environment where residents feel supported and inspired each day. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, authenticity, and a strong commitment to the well-being of residents, families, and team members.
Outside the community, Mariano enjoys traveling, cooking new recipes, singing, painting, practicing martial arts, and spending time with his family.
