I got a first look tour, and the new La Marea in Carlsbad is beautiful. The staff they've assembled seems great, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, and the view out back is gorgeous. Fast forward to 2024, and La Marea is a vibrant senior community with excellent staff. Highly recommend checking them out!
